Monitoring:

All servers are monitored 24 x 7 x 365. Every server is checked every 5 minutes by multiple geographically dispersed monitoring stations. In the event of failure, it will send an alert to our system administrators, who then work on correcting the problem.

Backups:

All servers are part of a backup rotation strategy. Nightly Backups are performed daily at 2 am. Weekly backups are copied to an alternate online local disk array. As a precaution, our weekly backups are also stored at a secondary location to ensure complete data recovery.

Physical Security:

Our servers are located in secure facilities where access is limited and entry is for authorized personnel only. The data center is installed with temperature control and fire suppression systems for safety reasons. Power to the servers are surge protected by UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and the whole site can be run by backup diesel generators during blackouts.
